For your trip to Mexico did you add an international calling plan? Was it necessary?

I am headed to Florence Hospital with my husband.
Was wondering how the experience was for the "support team."
Do I need to bring anything? His paperwork suggests I bring a pillow/blanket/towel... really? That's a lot to fly with.

I am very excited that my husband has decided to proceed with the sleeve. I am post-op band to bypass.
He is going to have it done in Mexico - and I am going to be there with him.
Just wondering how things went for your spouse

My husband is finally considering WLS. RNY vs. Sleeve (I am RNY) and he is concerned he won't be able to lose weight and maintain his muscle mass/strength.
Were y'all successful with staying strong?
Any tips or words of encouragement /
