Hi Shelley, Good Luck on your surgery. I'm scheduled to have my Lap RNY on the same day as you. Sept 23. @ 7am. Looks like we will have the same "new" birthday. See you on the other side...Tom

Shelley, I know waiting is the PITS. But you have the right idea in starting the Atkins. As you probably already read and know it will help to lose a little weight before surgery as it helps shrink our fatty livers. So YOU GO GIRL and hang in there. God bless. Jamie

Hi Shelley, I just wanted to say "HELLO" and tell you that sometimes it takes a whack on the head for someone to notice you, I have been whacked now and I want to welcome you to the board and let you know if you need someone to talk to I am always on here, at least once a day to see how everyone is doing. Sometimes it takes awhile to feel like you fit in and sometimes I still feel like an outsider. I hope you feel a little better....(((Hugs)))*Smiles*
