so it's been a little over on week since the surgery and I am healing nicely. still sore and can't lift much, but already down 10 pounds!!! My first fill is Feb. 11th. I guess that is all for now.

so...lets get some background info here.

I was told that the surgery was not going to happen because they could not schedual me in before my 22nd birthday, meaning that my insurance would not be covering the proceedure at all.



yet, I get a call one morning from my mother. This one morning just happened to be this past Tuesday, a whole 5 days ago. My mom told me that she had just recieved a call from a nurse at Baptist Heath in Little Rock, AR who said that they had me schedualed for Wedneday, the 13th, for surgery.



But will it be payed for? How is this happening? Didn't they just tell me no?

Apparently, I get a 30 day grace period after my insurance is cut off (cut off because I'm apparently too old to be protected!) and that grace period is up on the 16th of January...a whole 6 days from now!



...But it has, has, HAS to be this Wednesday, 3 days from now. This would be all great grand and wonderful, however...

I am closing on a house on Monday. (thats right kids! we bought a house!) and school starts Tuesday, and I have an 18th Month old to take care of...



HELL YES I CAN. AND I AM. KISS MY FAT ASS NOW BECAUSE IT'S GETTING LAPBAND!

...how happy am I? :)
