Hello!  Several days ago, just a few days before my 11 month surgiversary, I dropped to 142.5 which gave me a BMI of 24.8, a healthy BMI!  And since my ticker won't update, I feel the need to point out that I am now at 139.5. So I am now down 164.5 lbs

Am I the only one that never ever looked at my whole body while overweight, or when obese, and then morbidly obese, and then super morbidly obese? When I did catch myself in a reflection, I actively blocked the picture. I mean I KNEW

2 weeks ago, I started a 2 week vacation on the eastcoast as an obese person.  This morning I am back home and weighed in solidly as an overweight person.  So excited!

Although the last several years have been a train wreck as far as physical fitness goes, I have a history of being very fit at many points of my oh-so-long life.  My last half marathon was about 10 years ago.
