I feel good!! 6 months out

I have not been on here for 3 months.. on the 21st October was 6 months out for me and i would not change a thing. i am happy to report that its all good and i thank God and all of you for your support.. I celebrated my B- day on 17th October and i am now 13st .12!! have a look at the pics! Keep up the good work. xx

Well i am feeling much better about my self!!! and my clothes are now fitting better as i had to buy a few smaller sizez, which is a good feeling..... my weight loss apears to be slow, but it is coming off!! I am 206.6 pounds today. Keep up the good work everyone! We will make it!!! x

Hey.... what a experience! i just dont have enough words to explain my experience after surgery. Thank God i am still here! i am 4 weeks out and down 20lb!! are may be a few pounds more! i am used to stones and pound. so i will say i have lost 1stone and 4 pounds! i have not started to exercise as yet, as my tummy is still sore! hope to start exercise after my follow up appointment in two weeks. keep up the good work everyone! x

Hey everyone!!! hope you had a lovely Christmas and New year!! i am well, but i am counting the days untill i hear whether i will be accepted for surgery.... just feel fed up.... just want to loose this weight and it feels like i have added on more.... i will try to watch what i eat next week and go to the gym! The hospital informed me that i will hear a reply after the 14th! Jan. lots of love to u all... keep up the good work. Shay! x

Hey! My Name is Shay.... i live in London Uk. I have had various appointments at the London UCH Hospital. Just waiting to get a response if they will accept me for surgery, i am a little worried but excited at the same time.... as i am tired of carryin this weight around.... will update you when i hear from them!
