My name is Shelita and I am a Georgia Peach. I am sure my story is probably like most people on this site. There is not a time that I can remember not being the biggest in my class, of my friends, and my cousins. My family would always say you are so pretty but you just need to loose some weight. Not the most encouraging words from the people you love the most but that's life. I went to the doctor on my birthday and was shocked at the number I saw on the scale. Not because of the number itself but at the fact that I didn't see it in the mirror. The next day, I started loosing weight with diet and exercise but I need a boost. I have a strong family history of high blood pressure and DM and I don't want to join that club. So I feel that I am making the best decision for me and look forward to a new beginning.
