Hello OH Family, I am in need of some advice. I am getting a little sloppy with my regimen. I think it is all coming from the lack if support from my boyfriend of 5 years. I spent last weekend with him and some of the things he was saying really hit me where it hurt. I was trying on a pair of jeans and they fit, but my boyfriend decided to say " damn you have lost weight, but not that much weight." WTF ????!!!! 65 lbs in 3 1/2 months is a lot to me. I was really taken back by that. I did say something to him, but that kind of put me in a slump this week. I am now thinking about just being friends with him, I really do not need that type of feedback from anyone right now. Really unsure about what to do.

Hey oh family, today is a good day. I have done a 2mile walk, in the park in 25 min
. Let me tell you it felt good, so good I am going to do it again tomorrow. Currently I am down about 55lbs and feeling pretty good. I would really love to see the weight falling a little quicker because I will be 3 months post op on May 10Th. I would love to be down 100 lbs by end of August, I guess I just need to set goals and aim for them. I just wanted to shoot this quick note. I hope everyone is having a great day, if not go for a good walk.

I am down 290lbs this process is seeming to be a little slow. I am trying to workout at least for times a week. I am looking to speed it back up so that I am at least dropping 5lbs a week. I have only been post op 2 months I am not sure if it is supposed to be moving so slow. Does anyone have any suggestions

. I am just not sure why I have not started to workout, but the scale sure does not move when you don't. I am scared that my weight loss has slowed down already. I hope that this is not the case. I have a goal to reach and I need to start reaching for it. If anyone can recommend any type of fun activites, I am all ears others wise I will be walking until the cows come home. Well until next time .
