Hello All, I just wanted to update everyone on my progress. I am doing great!....I have lost 128 lbs now and still have a long ways to go but I am 128 lbs closer...lol...
...I am able to go shopping now and walking is so much easier now....I am absolutely thrilled that I done this surgery...I am looking so forward to going on vacation and doing things that I haven't done in years.,..If I could give anyone some advice about the surgery, it is ....Don't keep putting it off, I done that for far too long and that Is how my health got so bad...Just pray about it and seek help...Thank you all for following my story...I will try not to wait so long to update things next time....GOD Bless You All
