I have been doing good I must say so myself. Its a journey but I can do all things through Christ who strenghthens me. I went for my band follow Monday March 9, 2009 and this was actually my first real fill because in January 09 he only gave my 1cc and that's because I travel a good distance to the office and in Dec. I only got 1cc as well. I have been walking alot and drinking lots of water ( and yes I have been going to the bathroom like crazy)but I know its worthy and it will pay off in the end.

I have lost 43 1/2 pounds in all. Thank you Jesus
