"I'v only seen Dr. Shina once and my first impression was that he was very thorough. He explained the pre and post surgery details in laymans term so that everyone understood.rnHe encouraged questions and if you had questions afterwards, he welcomed calls to his office. Dr. Shina does have an aftercare program that he requires all patients to attend. I'd rather have surgical competence anyday. He had a pleasant personality at the seminar so I will have to wait and see his bedside manner.rnrnrn"
