So I went for my 3 month (4 month.. they were late) appointment last week. Upon reviewing my notes, they had my starting weight as 131.3kg, which is 289 lbs roughly. I don't know where I got my starting weight from, I think maybe my doctor. So technica

I hate to admit it but I've recently started caffeine again. I promised myself that I'd never go back... but alas. What I usually do is add a teaspoon of instant to my protein shake, so it's not really *too* bad... is it? :)

Thoughts? Apparently you take butter (I know right?) and blend it with coffee but I hear that others will use coconut oil. Is it worthwhile? Any good? Safe for RNY? I can't help but feel curious.. but also a little slimy at the thought! lol
