Hello OB members and friends . First I would like to apoligize for my absence,however i come with great news. On July 6,2010 i had my surgery and I am doing great. I must thank everyone who has been supportive during this lifestyle change. So far I have dropped 30lbs. and i feel great. I couldn't have done it without you guys your awsome. I will soon post some new pics and i look forward to THE LOSER BENCH!!!!!!

hi everyone, today i had to reschedule my date due to finances. however i will be going in on JULY 6th i am happy for that it could be worse. i really just want to stay focused and not let this setback affect me to much. please keep me up in prayer for it is no longer in my hands.
