Wednesday, November 19th is approaching fast.  I am pretty much packed and ready to go.  It seemed like a long time to wait but now it is almost here.  I am so excited but yet so nervous too.  I am not afraid of the surgery itself but the after coming home and trying to get in all the fluids and being able to swallow the pills I have to take every day.  Most of these pills I hope to eliminate once these pounds start "rolling" off.

On October 22nd, I have my pre-op appointment in Bismarck
and then November 19th is my lap RNY. It is finally coming true...

I have a September 23rd appointment with Dr. Bruderer. His nurse called and said she had received all the necessary paper work from me, my PCP, my medical records and  I  have my psych evaluation this coming Thursday so things ARE progressing.  I am so excited!!  I still do not know which procedure  I will be havin but will know that when I visit with the surgeon.

Just got back from Bismarck.  Hubby and I went to the info meeting with Dr. Bruderer.  Quite the Character!!  THere were at least 40 people there.  Wow!!  I haven't filled out all the paper work yet of course but intend on doing that in the morning. There's enough of it !! LOL
I am leaning towards the RNY.  Oh so much to do  but the sooner I get it donw and sent in the better.  It was nice to meet Judy and Deb also if only for a short minute or two.
