Here I am, nearly 2 years later and down almost half my body weight. Have lost about 180lbs and have gotten my life back! I can do things I could only imagine two years ago. Back then it was a painful ordeal to even grocery shop. A couple of months ago my vehicle broke down and I actually rode my bicycle to work...7 miles each way!!! Big change!!! I have taken some classes...something I never would have done before. I am actually living my life instead of sitting around waiting to die.
