On the path to improved health

 Finally approved for surgery with a date of 8/29.  Started the liquid diet last Saturday...not as bad as I anticipated.  My highest weight was 425 in January of this year, and it freaked me out.  I've tried twice before to get this surgery, I'll cover that in history, but YAY, finally, 3rd time will be a charm.  Scale said I weighed 382 this morning.  I'm exercising and drinking my protein....can't wait to be on the other side!
