Marc Rickford
"Dr. Rickford is an excellent doctor he was very friendly from my first appointment and he never changed. He is upfront with everything you need to do in order to have a successful surgery. The amount of information you receive on your first visit is amazing you have everything you need and know what you need to do on the first appointment. Dr Rickford make sure you are aware of any complications that may arrive during and or after surgery. He explained everything and I did not feel like I was being rushed out of his office for the next patient. he stresses the importance of aftercare and exercise. I saw him before and after my surgery and he made sure I was ok and that I did not have any questions. My family told me he came out and told them everything went fine no problems and that really made a difference to my family. When he came to sign off on my release papers he made sure everything was ok and check to see if I had any questions. But most importantly when he came in my room he came in with a big friendly smile and attitude which is the same thing I first saw on my first visit with him. His surgical competence and bedside manor are both wonderful. His staff is wonderful and I LOVE his Program Director Cathy Ackers she is on top of everything. If by some chance there is an issue she has already resolved it before you knew there was an issue. I would have to give DR. Rickford and his staff a BIG FAT 10"
