Four weeks out

Had my WLS four weeks ago. This past week, I have had trouble with nausea
. I am hoping that it gets better. No one really wants to comment on my weight loss in my family. They act like since I had surgery, the weight loss doesn't count?! At least my husband, son and mother are extremely encouraging! I have got to get into more of a routine with my protein shakes, water and walking. I know I can do this, it's just that I don't have too many people to share it all with! Maybe as I lose weight, I will get more involved with activities that other's do. Oh well, that's it for now.
