I remember taking my measurements a few months ago and entering all the numbers into a tracker here on OH. I can't seem to find the tracker anywhere. Am I just blind?? I'm coming up on 1 month post-op and I wanted to see my progress.

So, I'm 9 days post-op and have only had one very SMALL movement since 4 or 5 days before my surgery. (and that was with having taken a stool softener the night before) My question is, how long before things get kinda back to norm

Today is my last day of optifast and it's my birthday!  I can't believe it's been 2 weeks and that my surgery is tomorrow morning.  So excited!!

Hi everyone!  I haven't really posted much, but have been following along with you all for the last 6 months or so.  I met my surgeon, Dr. Reed, yesterday and was approved for gastric bypass on September 28th!  Getting excited now!
