Hi everyone my name is Sandra and i am 43 yrs old, My story is that all my life i have been overweight. My heaviest I have been was 585 10yrs ago I try many diets and I did lose some I when down to 570 I got pregnant had two children and I lost some weight. I was now 490. Then my father and brother passaway got depressed & gain weight I was 560 than i lost some weight I was 534 and my sister took me to see Dr Luis Reyes had my surgery on Sept 14, 2009 I had my surgery at Rio Grande Regional Hopital in Mcallen,Texas. I had the Gastic Sleeve by Dr. Luis Reyes. He is a great Surgeon the best. Today I weigh 407 pounds Feb 18, 2010 I lost 127 pounds and its only been 5 months I know that I will lose more with Gods help, I had diabetes taking shots but after my surgery my diabetes was gone my blood sugar is normal and i feel good. I thank God and all my doctors that I am getting better I still have to lose more and Im doing that one day at a time. Just dont give up and pray to the lord every day and you'll lose your weight alwa have faith.
