i have been having fun with my weight loss getting a lot of good commets on how good i look now compard to before i lost any weight i was at 355 lbs and now i am at 260 lbs 95 lbs down 100 more to go to get at my goal weight of160 lbs i am able to walk a lot better now compared to november of 2008 .
