Hi Samatha! Congratulations on your WLS decision. Looking back, that was one of the hardest parts of this journey (finding the surgery that is best for you). I am almost 2 years post op, and I honestly believe this surgery saved (or at least extended) my life. If you have any questions during your journey, do not hesitate to contact me. CONGRATS Sam!! Dr. Davidson did my surgery and it all went GREAT! I've LOVED LOVED LOVED my sleeve and am doing great. You will do great too - just remember, there will probably be a period of time in the week or two following surgery that you'll regret having the surgery a little - and think you were crazy to do it - but that passes and soon you'll be THRILLED!!! It's the BEST thing I ever did for myself (aside from my family) and I know you'll do great! Something BIG to be thankful for, huh! I'll say prayers for you on surgery day - and be sure to keep us posted on the other side!! -Kelly

Hey Sam, Good luck on your surgery, Im right behind you so scootch over as soon as you hit the lossers bench and make room for me....lets follow each others journey and encourage one another as much as possible....sip, sip, sip, walk, walk, walk. And Happy Thanksgiving, maybe they will give you turkey broth that day....lol
