Well it's now 6:30 in the morning and I just got back from my 2.5 mile walk. I'm really not that tired I feel really good I just have to get the motivation to get ready for work this morning. Since I opted for walking this morning I have to do my Barry's Boot Camp workout this evening when I get off, YAY!! Barry makes me sore and hurt in new places every time but no pain no gain, right? Well it sounds good anyway. My goal today is to stay positive!! Thank you Lord for waking me up this beautiful monday morning!! So now I guess i'll turn on The Russ Parr Show and hopefully I'll catch the morning inspiration and the horoscopes and get ready for work.

I haven't been on this website in several months (times 2), and this is my first post on my profile. So here goes nuthin...Well I have to say that I am a little discouraged and have become comfortable not succeding in with my weight loss! Now I am tired of being comfortable, so I have to do some things that will bring back the fire I had a year ago when I had this done. I really thought that I could do this on my own so i didn't use the support that was around me, which was a not so good idea at the time. I have to start over again and utilize every resource to keep me strong and focused. I know that it is in me to succeed and get through this process. I have to dedicate myself to come here daily and journal about what I have done for the day. This would be so much easier if i could keep up with a diary but i can't stand writing!! LOL!
