I jumped through all the hoops 
met all the goals and finally got my date for surgery. 
March 30th I go in to have my RNY done.
Truth told, I am in shock a little, but over all, very excited.
Finally getting to the next stage of the process, the first marathon is done and now it is on to the next stage... Appointments galore leading up to the day and many more after, but it all leads to a new life.

Guleph clinic has this system, red book when you start with the ladies in the clinic, yellow book when you earn the pass to move on to an appointment with an actual surgeon.
I started with my first appointment on Jan., 14th 2010 -- my latest appointment was May, 7th and after I got through the SW and NUT, I earned a pass into the yellow book. I am excited... I'm down 22lbs since my first appointment and that alone is making a difference.
The things is, now I am a bit anxious, I can't wait until I get that appointment.
