Wow! 2 weeks gone and 21 lbs gone too!! First week sucked!! Too much Gas pain not enough FARTS!!! I hate Jello!!!
Second week is great! Feel good! Moving around, drinking like a champ (the stuff I am supposed too!) Pain is all gone!! Not hungry at all!! but would love a Big Mac!! Working hard on "head hunger"!!

My weight loss journey begins tomorrow...7/16/2007! I can't believe it is finally here!! Life will never be the same!! I am so excited, I want to scream!! The scale will finally be something to look forward too, not dread!! I can't wait to join the "Loser's Lounge"
