10 months and counting the loss

Well sorry to all my friends I have stayed up on this I found Mafia Wars on FaceBook.  So I havn't been good about keeping up with you all.  I have lost a few more pounds and hoping to keep it going.  Down to 235 from the scary 377 the pants are all big and the belt got a few more holes in it.  I'm to cheap to go buy a new one and this one is telling a story.  Mostly to me, and I don't want to get that big again.   So glad all are losing keep up the great work, I'll have to get a new picture for the avatar to show you what I look like.  I'll try to be more faithful to my OH family.
