Bariatric Surgery

I had my surgery January 22, 2008 at Kaiser Hospital in Fremont. I had my 2.5 week post opp visit and all is well. I lost a total of 63 pounds so far.
I feel great and have even shoveled snow several times. I need to get back on my regular program of walking 4 miles and working with weights.
My wife of 43 years has helped me out so much and I appreciate her support. I couldn't of done it with out her. We also have the best neighbors who cleared snow in front of our house when we had those bad storms a few weeks ago. I'm truely blest.
