I lost 2.4 lbs yay!!!!! i attending my WW meeting this moring and found that hard work pays off.

on 7/24/08 i had the medial gastric bypass with a being weigh in of 309. and here i am at 208 and yes woooohooo i lost 99 pounds!!!! so proud of the hard work. but now im creeking back up the scale. im finding it hard to reach my goal weight of 160lbs so ive made the decision to join Weight Watchers this past friday 8/12. im one week into the program and love it! my first weigh in is tomorrow. wish me luck!
