Gary Anthone
" Words cannot describe the immense respect that I have for Dr. Anthone. He has been a godsend. He is an intelligent, dedicated doctor. Since surgery, I have gotten to know him a bit better. He is a wonderfully humble doctor. He visited me everyday, including Sunday, while I was in the hospital. He sat down with my parents immediately after surgery to get to know our family. He spoke to me everyday I was in the hospital about me, my son, my life...oh, and how I was currently doing. His bedside manner is fantastic. I chose him because he has done 2,000+ DS surgeries. His biggest message is safety and because of that, he only does the surgery open. He has studied his results and has used that information to improve on measurements. He trained with Dr. Hess, which I liked very much. His support staff is also out of this world. It is pretty easy to get to speak to someone when you need to hear from them and they are always nice--never making you feel like you are crazy. Kathy, his nurse, even remembered that I was trying to go on vacation after surgery and fit me in when there was another cancellation. I did not have problems with my insurance, but Christy who handles that, is excellent. They remember my name everytime too. "
