Hey Robert! Welcome to the group. No one was ignoring you. I think that sometimes we posters get overwhelmed with all there is to say. This is a great group and a cool place to hang out. I love your profile page by the way!! Take care and stick around its worth it....

Robert, I just had to crack up when I read your post about getting in all the liquid, vitamins, etc. because I've been thinking the same thing. I'm almost 7 weeks out and I thought I was doing really good to get in 38 oz of fluid yesterday! No wonder I'm dehydrated! Anyway, I found some whey protein powder at GNC that someone recommended to me, and I'm gonna put it in my Crystal Lite to sip all day; it has 17 grams of protein per serving. I take my calcium with breakfast, my multivitamin with lunch, and my other calcium with supper. I take my B-12 three times weekly, at bedtime. I think as we get further out, it will become easier, but DANG it's hard at first, isn't it??? My doctor and nutritionist just said "Do the best you can." They realize how hard it is and didn't push it; the main thing I think is to stay hydrated, so try to keep sipping water. It seems like that will be all you do all day long. But, I'm told it WILL get better! Good luck, and God Bless!
