"HOUSEKEEPING was the greatest problem as well as general maintenence. The rooms were not cleaned well. Basic need items were sometimes not availlable because the stock closets were not re-stocked. The public bathrooms (for visitors) were soooo GROSS and never clean no matter what time my family used them. I had no soap at one point, no toilet paper, My sheets were not changed... Many hygiene issues. I plan on writting a letter. I had some wonderful nurses. I was just horrified at the conditions of this hospital."
