"06/25/03 Update: OK, now that I'm post op I decided I should probably write a little more about my surgeon. Dr. Buchwald is a very nice man. I only met with him the one time before surgery day, but on the morning of my surgery he was there, he was cheerful and ready to take care of ME. After surgery, he stopped in each day for a quick check. He is a very busy man, but he came every day. I was only chastised when I didn't greet him with a smile. In fact, he left the room and came back in so that I could try again. He visited for a short period of time, but stayed longer if I needed something answered. I felt like for the few minutes he was there, he was tuned into just me. I have had NO complications to date. "
