"This hospital has some very nice and caring workers, as with all there are some not so nice and caring workers too. I think I had my not so nice ones all on my day of surgery postop. I had pain controls issues, staff communication issue's. We even called the Nurse Manager regarding an issue and she got a smart mouth attitude with us saying that we had already asked for this and it cant be gotten. (noone had let us know this, we just assumed it was forgetten just like my pain meds!) My preop day was awesome, the staff was very caring and nice. I really liked a few of the nurses althought during my entire stay, only one nurse on the last day did a head to toe assessment on me. Thats pretty scary!!"
"Dr Rosen was very nice and but I got a bit concerned when upon finishing our session he informed me that I may need to call him daily to probe him about getting the report out. I am still waiting on that report and after my last call he still hadn't scored my tests. I'm in a time sensative situation as my insurance could be changing in 2 months! My MD of choice won't see me without the evaluation."
