I had my first appointment at Reading Hospital's Weight Loss Center on Thursday. The process has begun! I have my first meeting with a dietician on 11/13. I read through a lot of paperwork these past couple days, and the thought of surgery is a bit scary, but what's even more frightening is continuing to live my life being miserable, unhealthy, unhappy, and sitting on the sidelines watching life pass me by.
