Well where do I begin?  I have been heavy all my life, and I am just sick and tired of being sick and tired!
I am on disability and when I checked with them and  talked with my PCP he hooked me up with Dr. Brown at Denver. Presbyterian/ St Luke's.
 |The Insurance company made be get a psych evaluation and see a nutritious for 6 months, so I have done all of that and now I had my pre-op and everything and a surgery date for March 2nd

Well the 19th I had a Dr. Apt with my regular Dr. and I told him I was coming down with a cold so he prescribed me some Keflex to try and get over it. Well Sat I really came down with it, and Tue I had to go get my pre-op blood test down so he changes me on my med's. Well today I go back to see if I can get cleared for my surgery for March 2nd.  I have been on my liquid diet since last Sat.  I lost 8 pds from the 19th to the 23rd and so I am kind of curious if I lost more weight, but I am doing this for I don't have to have the OPEN bypass, as I have had 2 c sections and 1 other operations so hopefully my stomach and liver has shrunk!
I also have 20 years of being clean & Sober and 18 years of not smoking so it is time for my weight problem!!!
