"Dr. Cook is a gentle caring person. He really is concerned about the patient and takes their best interest to heart. He was very imformative and I knew I could trust him to take very good care of me. My surgery went well and he made sure I was doing well before I came home. If I ever have to have surgery again I would definitely go to him first. I would rate him a 10+ on a scale of 1-10"
