It did not move it  would not budge but sure enough when it moved it really moved 11lbs. YEAH!!!!

I seem  to be stuck or fluxuating at least on my weight by a pound or two. I feel like a failure. I am scared I stretched my pouch and ruined everything. I cried for a long time yesterday, thinking I must be doing something wrong. Tomorrow I think I will start on all liquids for a week and just fish for protein to see if it helps. I know in reality I probably did not stretch my pouch but my fears still conquer me at times.

well, well, I did two days of treadmill walking for 45 minutes and 1 day of 1/12 hour water aroebics. We will see how next week goes this was hard. I would like to say well I didn't go because two kids are sicks and steyed home from school and since my day care is specialized, (I am more like a live out nanny for five families) they get to be here. BUT tuthfully I am grateful if I had to go the last two days I would have been in overkill. Everything hurts!!!

I saw Dr. H today, things looked good I have lost 52 lbs and he and I am pleased. I am going to start 1hour of treadmill walking 3 days a week and 1 1/2 hours of water aroebics 2 days a week HA we will see. I can eat just about anything I want except hotdogs (they made me want to puke).

I am much better. I still cant sleep in my bed the way I want too but atleast I can get in now. Dr. H. said things were good. I have lost 33lbs. I need to walk more though was his other comment. The first week of clear liquids is over. If I never see beef broth again it will be too soon I am on two full liquids. I like this better but still it is hard to drink 64 oz a day How am I going to do it?

It was A Kidney Stone. Two hours came and went and off to the ER I went. I get KS's frequently but never even made the connection being so soon sfter surgery, But a word to the wise DRINK DRINK DRINK, if ihad drank more this may have been prevented.

I went to church today felt great until I was half way home in the car and suddenly the pain was so bad I thought I would die. I called my Mom from the car and said I don't think I can even get out. Called the dr. he said maybe gas and called in pain med but if not better in two hous go to ER.

I am home. I cant get in my bed--- this is no fun I just want to lay down and can't I hope this goes away soon. I am not able to drink much but I am trying.

Tomorrow I will have a VGS. I am terrified, excited, and somewhat astonished that all of this became a reality for me so quickly. 1 month ago I was at a informational meeting and here it is the night before surgery. WOW
