"My first impression of Dr. Fisher was he was straight-forward and honest. Over time I also found out that he cares deeply for his patients, even the ones he has to tell no. He took all the time I needed to explain the surgery, risks, rate of failure and mortality issues. I found him warm and compassionate especially after I fell apart during my interview. Dr. Fisher strongly advocates aftercare support group meeting for 5 years and requires that before surgery you bring a support person with you to your pre-op meeting. His office staff (Hi Suzy) is wonderful. She is very human and I find her delightful. They did all the hard work to get me approved. I would recommend him to others seeking bariatric surgery.
