I am 42 years old and have been overweight for most all of my adult life. I am married to the man of my dreams and he is a great support in every way. I have went through many battle with Force Health to get approved for surgery, but finally got apporval and will be having surgery on Jan. 9, 2006. When my husband and i went for our consultation with Dr. Freeman and his staff, we were so very impressed. Dr. Freeman seems to be a great man with high Christian morals and approaches surgery as a ministry. I can't say that i am not a bit nervous, but i can say that i am anxious to get started on my weight loss journey.

Haven't updated my email since i started my journey. I am just over 6 months out and have done absoultley wonderful. I have had no complications at all. My labs have been wonderful and i just feel great!! I have lots more to lose, but i feel very confident that will come in time. I don't think that i am losing as fast as others, but i am thankful that i am losing steadily. God has been so good to me through all of this. I will try not to wiat 6 months before i update again. Hopefully, i will get a picture of me on here soon. Till the next time..... ^o^
071706--Had a great day today...for a Monday.... We had some much needed rain....Still losing weight, slow but somehat steady... I am happy to see the weight come off. I hope that i never see this weight again....until later....
112106--Can hardly believe that it has been so long since i updated my profile.... i am down 97 pounds and 28 pounds from onderland.....i haven't been this weight for about 20 years or so.... Amazing!!! Well, i hope that everyone has a blessed and happy Thanksgiving!!!
