"I'm so excited after trying for most of this year to get Dr. Harrington into my health plan UNICARE NCPPO, he is finally in (yeah!). I went to his meeting on yesterday 12/13/05 at Washington Adventist, when Alfreda told me he as in I wanted to jump up and down, but my knees hurt too bad. Dr. Harrington is just so wonderful. He is a skilled surgeon, caring, willing to discuss the pros and the cons, the what if's, any and everything you want to know about the WLS. I have met a number of his patients before last night and they simply rave about Dr. Harrington. His caring spirit is evident. As he stated last night, he will hound you for the rest of your life. Dr. Harrington actually has a patient that travels from Richmond to his seminar once a month. She is his poster child for the WLS and boy does she look fabulous. He's had several patients follow him up here from his previous practice in Richmond. That in it self should tell you something about Dr. Harrington. I'm not taking anything away from Dr. Fullum, I went to Dr. Fullum because of frustation, but Dr. Harrington was my first choice when I made my decision to pursue WLS. Well, I'm still on the journey, I just made a slight detour. I'll keep you posted."
