I have always been a big girl, the tallest in elementary school, love sports and that is probably why I did not have a severe weight issue when I was young. After the birth of two children I never lost the baby fat and yo-yo for the next 30 years. Finally I quit dieting I was happy with myself, had great friends and enjoying life to the fullest, I thought. Then mother time came a callin' and choices had to be made. So I tried dieting again without success and decided on bariatric surgery. I has been a lifestyle change but I know it means a longer life for me. Now I AM enjoying life to its fullesst.
