Had 3 appts yesterday. First with Jackie the nutrionist. Nice visit. Getting prepared.
Next up, get weighed in. Lost 19 lbs total. My pre op weight goal was 18. Looking forward to
getting my surgeons appt.
Finished up with Brooke the physical therapist.
Tonight I start my classes with Dr. Wagner. I'm on my way!!
