Well...I'm 28 and have seriously the best husband in the world (he cleans and cooks for goodness sakes!!) and 2 beautiful little girls 
They are 1 and 5.
I've pretty much been overweight my entire life, going up and down on the scale, but as anyone who has had children knows, it gets harder after having them...so i'm at my largest ever and it scares me to death! It's painful to write this, but i'm 5'6 and 286lbs...i've been researching and thinking for over a year and have only a few more tests untill I can schedule my surgery date, i've finally come to a decision and am very excited...and very nervous....
Any friends to commiserate with are welcome, advise, anything!!
