HAPPY 3 YEAR BANDAVERSERY 2 ME!!!
well i am still alive so that is something 2 be greatful for.
i wish i could say my weight loss has been a little better than it has been but i am still grateful for what loss i have had this far and i am really hoping i will be able to loose more.
i have gone threw a lot the past 2 yrs..cancer and now a great chance that i have cancer again but i am a fighter and i know i will get threw this..i have made a choice to re-dedicate myself to my band and have found a surgeon closer to my home so i can better maintain my band and get back on the loosing track..i also plan on meeting w/ his nutritionist and getting myself back into a better eating habit.i allowed cancer to ruin the high i was on from loosing weight and started self medicating myself w/ food for comfort because i was suffering more inside than i even realized at the time..i have decided this go around i won't give in 2 it or try awfully dang hard not to!
