It's been a minute since i last blogged i'm one year and four months out i lost 179lbs i'm very proud. I was a lil scared when i went to my last doctors app the scale said i gained 9lbs but thank God it was 9lbs a muscle. On another note i'm feeling alone I think i'm starting to grieve my mom and my brothers death reality is really setting in so please pray for me because i really need it.

im one year and two months out 179lbs gone but i'm in a stall haven't gained any weight but havent lost any either i need to get rid of these 46lbs
this is so hard but im not going to give up...... on another note im loving the new body and had a wow moment recently i saw my first love and he didn't even recognize me and when i figured who i was he couldnt take his eyes off me lol i loved it lol

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE 2010 WAS ROUGH FOR ME I LOST MY MOM SO SUDDENLY ON DECEMBER 18TH 
SO MY HOLIDAYS WERE TOUGH!... I'M REALLY TRYING TO GET BACK ON TRACK I'M 8 MONTHS OUT AND MY LAST WEIGH IN WAS IN NOVEMBER 127LBS GONE I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH MY SURGEON ON THE THE 26TH OF THIS MONTH TO SEE WHAT I LOSS I HAVE A NEW COMPUTER NOW SO I WILL BE POSTING PICS FOR SURE. PLEASE KEEP ME IN YOUR PRAYERS GOD BLESS

HEY EVERYONE ITS BEEN SOME TIME I'M 4 MONTHS OUT AND 110LBS GONE YEAH. SORRY I HAVEN'T BEEN ON I JUST BEEN THROUGH SO MUCH FIRST I WAS HOSPITALIZE FOR LOW POTASSIUM, THEN I LOST MY BROTHER ON JULY 21ST THEN HAD TO MOVE I'M REALLY TRYING TO KEEP MY SANITY AND STAY IN PRAYER. I WILL BE BACK ON SOON AND POST PICTURES BECAUSE I'M JUST LOVING MYSELF SO MUCH RIGHT NOW DESPITE OF EVERYTHING.

I know i've been gone for a minute but my computer is down :-( but i do have good news i'm down 25lbs and my surgery will be on the 3rd week in april (im not sure of the day yet) so far things have been pretty good I just can't wait to be on the loser bench!....i will post more pics soon. one love God bless!

GIVING THANKS TO GOD BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS GOING GOOD MY APPOINTMENTS ARE GOING SMOOTHE AND I MET WITH THE NUTRITIONIST LAST SATURDAY AND FOUND OUT I LOST 10LBS SINCE MY LAST APPOINTMENT I'M FEELING REALLY GOOD RIGHT NOW!
