Well the count down has begun. Target date is in may. My insurance is making me do 6 months of weigh ins. Im starting Nov 30th on my life change. Which will include going walking or working out when i get home from work, and eating the way the doc wants me to. Its going to be a touch journey but i know with the support of my family and friends and on here ill have no problems keeping focused.Im scared, nervous, excited. The first day of my new life.
When i think about what my llife will be like next year at this time i get butterflys in my tummy. Ill be healthier!!!! I hate having the knee, back, joint pain. Other then that i dont have any other problems , YET!!!!!
My Doc really shed alot of light on this for me. He said that in people that are over weight like us on here need more then just diet and exercise.
I told him alot of people have been telling me to watch what i eat and work out more.I tell them go strap on 100lbs and see how much you want to work out. First of all , why is it that thin people think that people with weight problems just sit around and eat. I tell them this may come to a shock to you but i really only eat once a day , which is DINNER( the worst time to eat). I get home from work, cook dinner , eat dinner , then go to bed. Im so ready for a change.
Sorry im venting.
I just know that on here everyone knows what im going through.
I love to read everyones storys, it gives me strenght and hope.
