"First impression -- very competent and confident -- didn't change over time. Office staff went through nearly a 100% change -- my impression is Blackstone may be a difficult doctor to work for. Like least -- slightly impatient. Future patients should know she's an excellent doctor, but expects patients to meet her halfway to reach long-term goals. Aftercare is well emphasized and structured. My surgery was extremely low risk, so nothing to address. Overall, would rate her well and recommend her to anyone. Surgical competenance much better than bedside manner (I never saw her postop -- saw the nurse practitioner instead)."
