I am so happy you got your date. My thoughts and prayers will be with you as your journey continues. I will have my surgery in 55 more hours ( 9/18/00 at 5:30 am) and can hardly wait. I cant wait till you get this feeling too it is AWESOME !! Good luck and GOD bless you, if you are scared or nervous, pray about it turn it all over to the good Lord and remember if we have faith HE will take care of the rest. I had to and now I am at peace.

Hi Robin! I am currently 9 days post-op and feel great. I don't know how much weight I lost so far and don't care! It took a life time for this weight to pack it's way on and I'm not looking for quick solutions. Just a healthier, happier life. I wanted to wish you the best of luck with your pending surgery. It can be a difficult process, but not one that you can't endure. Once it's over, it's just a faded memory. God Bless.

hi, I'm so happy to hear that you got approval. My name is mchelle and i'm 32 y.o. and married for 9 y. o two sons and 340lb and i'm have my surgery on oct 4 and i'm so nervous. but i know that god will take care for me,and I will pray for you. when is your surgery date. lots of hugs michelle

Hi Robin, I just read your post and my heart just broke, at least your attitude seems to be good, and like many of us, it is a up hill battle to save our own lives. I will pray for you and may God Bless You in your continuing struggle for a new and better life.(:<}
