"The staff that I came across was familiar with surgery, but not WLS. My bandage should have been removed 1 day post op, according to the Dr, but this wasnt done. The waiting time to get a call light answered wasnt very good and NOT one person offered to help me bathe or anything of that nature. Now, Im a nurse and I might be a little more picky about care because I have 10 years of hospital and patient care, but they could have done better."
