"Everything was great except that the aides took too long to get to me. They NEVER changed the urine collection hat in the toilet, I had to do it myself (not easy post-op). An aide came in about 3am the night of the surgery, I told her my mouth was SO dry!! She said "they haven't given you a mouth swab?" I said no thinking she would go bring me one and she never did. This was the worst!!"
