Seven long years

I can believe its been seven long years since i last post on here. See how quick we get caught up in our own lives. Everything has been amazing family, this year I will be 9 years out in November. I weigh 215lbs I did make that under 200lb make but felt better around 205lb. I just try to continue to eat right at this point , take my vitamins and get some exercise in. I am healthy and thats what matters the most i'll post some pictures later today.
